Refund policy

1. Our Commitment We offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Before buying, please read this policy to understand your rights. Any benefits in this policy are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Major Failures: If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a major failure with a service, you are entitled to cancel the contract and receive a refund for the unused portion. You may also be entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Minor Failures: If a failure is not major, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the service contract.

3. Change of Mind Returns If you change your mind about a purchase, we may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion, provided the following conditions are met:

You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product has not been used or damaged.

The product is returned with the original receipt.

Please Note: All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.
4. Products Damaged During Delivery If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the date you received the product.

Return the damaged product in the condition it was received, along with all original packaging.

We will arrange to repair, replace, or refund the item.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email or receipt).

In some cases, you may be required to provide government-issued identification.

We aim to process all requests for repairs, replacements, or refunds within 1-2 days of receiving the return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns

For faulty products (ACL claims): We will cover the cost of return shipping and the cost of sending any replacement product to you. If the item is large or heavy, we will coordinate its collection at our cost.

For change of mind returns: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If a product is returned and found not to be faulty, you will be required to cover all inspection and shipping costs.
7. Exceptions We may refuse a repair, replacement, or refund if:

The product was misused in a way that caused the problem.

You were aware of the defect before you made the purchase.

You requested alterations to a product against our advice.

Any other exceptions that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
